香港兒童啟迪協會為回應社會的熱切需求，協會聯同協作機構每年都為社區提供「親職幼教」、「及早識別」服務與「義工專業」培訓。 “打開特殊學習需要幼兒的心扉 － 義工專業培訓” 證書實習計劃 。 內容包括 語言障礙 、 專注力不足 、 其他發展障礙 、 認識自閉症兒童 、 認識過度活躍症兒童 、 如何支援社交發展 、 家長輔導教師支援 、 輔助科技 、 ABA 正向行為支援 及實習 。 計劃主要分為義工課程、實習及社區服務三大部份，活動大部份在週末及星期日舉行。10次自選實習課中，學員會到不同服務機構或家庭作實習，亦會於專業機構中擔任義務工作，學員從而能更快掌握有特殊學習需要幼兒行為和生活環境所面對的困擾，為日後服事發展障礙或特殊學習需要兒童建立專業基石！ 計劃主要分為義工課程、實習及社區服務三大部份，活動大部份在週末及星期日舉行。義工在面試後，參加「義工培訓課程」及完成「實習」後將會派往有需要單位提供「社區服務」。
